Khizar Arif is a Solicitor-Advocate having intially qualified at the Bar in 2001.
Khizar heads the Dispute Resolution & Litigation department dealing with all types of civil litigation and specialising in Commercial, Landlord and Tenant and Employment matters. He also runs a cost-effective Debt Collection service.
Khizar has experience of advocacy at County Court and High Court level and appears before Employment Tribunals. He has developed a seamless service from taking initial instructions to advocacy in Court through to enforcement, and he has been involved in numerous high value Mediations and Arbitrations.
