Barry McInerney was admitted as a solicitor in 1970 and has been a Senior Partner in the firm since 1988.
Barry undertakes principally commercial and residential Conveyancing, specialising in the following: Purchase and Sale, Lease and Mortgage, Estate Development, Site Assembly, Company Acquisitions and Disposals, general company matters, Landlord and Tenant Rent Reviews and Leasehold Enfranchisement.
During Barry’s early time as a solicitor he undertook a general range of work including Crime, Licensing, Matrimonial, Conveyancing and Probate. This has given him a broad foundation as a solicitor to enable him to appreciate the wider implications of particular transactions.
Barry has also been a Fellow of the Institute of Directors for more than 25 years and a Director of various Companies over many years.
